- Print and mail the form:
If you will be paying by check, fill out the mail-in application.
Note: This file in in PDF format. You'll need
Acrobat to open it. If you have problems, "Right-Click" on the link and choose "Save As".
This will save a copy to your computer. You should then be able to open
it from the location you saved it under.
- Online Registration
If you prefer to register and pay online, fill out the online form.
Note: Online registration has closed for 2013
Note: Any late checks-in or registrations, after June 30, will be subject to a $20 per player late fee to cover the cost of the additional registration and check-in facilities.
Optionally you may also wish to register for the St Raphael Hitters Camp.

All equipment other than shoulder pads, which are provided at check-in, can be purchased at
Play It Again Sports.
